when its 1 out of 5 in every catagory, the avg should be 1 only, how its 1.2 ?
Actually, we have 4 rating scales - poor, average, good and excellent. The figure is out of 5. So, 1/4 becomes 1.2/5.

for convienience, its better to change to 4 scale or add one more to the list like "terrible" to make it 5 scale ratings
