;-) yo.. actually generally people think same..but phle jb Bihar tha to it was litti chokha etc....but after partition of jharkhand obviously it will change...aapko yenha v litti chokha khub milega but dhuska v her jgah milega as famous as litti..every week in my home..gulgila is kind of tribal food.and less popular among people made in festivals...generally...
Rasgolla is a controversy between 3states so you cant keep here
Masala dosa invented in udupi Karnataka...idli invented in TN ...these two dishes speard & very common in all south Indian states expect few places in Kerala ...but sapadu only found in TN not famous in other state
