Design of compartments, Platforms, Ease of movement with luggage, cleanliness: still a LONG way to go.
Particular mention:
- platforms cleanliness POOR.
- Tracks leading out from main stations - Dirty, lots of rubbish/trash
actually saw one cleaning staff chuck out a large rubbish bag containing rubbish collected from cabins, OUT OF THE DOOR ONTO TRACKS!
