agar aisa hota to phir to 250 rs extra deke sab log waiting ticket per duronto/rajdhani me travel ker lete...
also technically passenger paying fare almost equal to 1a ( 4300 vs 5000 ) but may have to travel outside of coach.
In duranto and Raj fine for the ticket less journey is the double the amount of the face from the origin station to the destination. so the amount TT asked is correct,
