Give your opinions. Is bullet train project making worth? Are we in criteria for running that?
Point: Lack of infrastructure that includes- Dedicated freight corridors which is very much needed; railway stations with good infrastructures, Metro rails and their extensions, etc. Before this, do we need to worry for bullet train?

IMHO best option is to dedicate a frieght path that runs parallel with existing routes, use Auto signalling/cab signalling introduce Pendolino type rake trains that can run at 250kmph on existing infra. Bullet is by definition, far from imagination for a large country like India.
