Also have few query regarding tickets for children (5<12).
1. Have railways started implementing for journey in or after April 16? I meant if I book now a ticket of april 16 for a child, will it be charged full or half? Can anyone confirm this??
2. If not, I presume that TTE will be charging at the time of journey. How will be I charged for telescopic ticket, separately for 2 lengths or for a single length??
