This april (2016), I'm planning for a journey from TVC-SVDK.

What I want to know:
1. Can I avail for Telescopic tickets ( maybe not for NDLS-GJL journeys) ?
2. How can I get them? Is it same as "onward journey" mentioned in PRS forms?
3. Can anyone calculate and tell me what would be rates for telescopic tickets ( Class mentioned in brackets)
I have done calculation for point to point , for 2 adults and 1 kid ( though i considered as 3 tickets, as journey will be in april), Total fare for above trip is Rs. 22020/-. Does telescopic ticket will reduce this figure significantly??
