No TDR file before 4 hour depart of train cnf PNR and 30 min before for RAC PNR or partial RAC or Partial conf PNR
Train cancel (i think auto), train late, train diverted, coach not attached?? I think all these still @ 72 hrs lead!!
For train cancelled it will cancel and refund automatically and for diversion or partial cancle or short termination up 24-48 hour given (not sure)
