i have booked ticket from cstm to bsb travelling on 21/4.... my daughter age is 6yrs i applied for ticket & as per rule she must have been alloted full seat & berth, but NOSB ,GN mentioned in Seat & Berth Column..... can you all pls help me on this ? why this happened ?

no sir... Child age we put was 6 years, & details was mentioned in normal column
I read somewhere that there was a new rule going to be implemented in which if one gives full payment there is berth allocation and if half ticket is purchased for a child, no berth will be allotted. Not sure if its already implemented or not...
Yes. For April tickets it is started... 21st April onwards I think
but can i pay the fare difference now & get the berth allotted ?
If online ticket I think it is not possible. Need to approach the counter. New rule, hope they (PRS) can change the ticket. But still there is no guarantee that, he will get a berth in the same coach.
