I want to know logic/reason behind the below mentioned changes.
1. 12302-2AC End to End Availability changes from 110 to 80.(Under GN)
2. 12314-2AC End to End Availability changes from 52 to 30.(Under GN)
3. 12274-2AC End to End Availability changes from 16 to 4.(Under GN)

these Trains runs from NDLS to Howrah/Sealdah belong to Eastern Railways.
Same reduction in GN quota observed in 3AC also.
Is Eastern railway want to earn more money by reducing number of seats so people buy more seats in tatkal quota or suvidha train during peak season.
Can any body explain the reason behind these move????
