Friends I tried changing gender in ticket. I went to DRM office to get permission from assistant commercial manager as directed by chief reservation officer. He denied as irctc tickets are not in their control. Somehow luckily I know one TTE he explained to concerned Godavari exp TTE and he allowed me to travel. There shoulld be some provision in IRCTC itself to change such things.
