Just look at the availability of seats in Pawan express from dbg to ltt.In sl the waiting is gnwl 456/319 and in ac-3 the waiting is gnwl 82/43...yes that's right 43 is the waiting in 3rd ac class...that even in the off season..Now my question is do the pax of north Bihar only desrve jansadharan to mumbai..cant they afford reserved tickets ?? By looking the waiting status the answer is very evident which is very big NO...I think railway board should now wake up and see how much this area lacks connectivity to a megacity like mumbai..the cities which already have 5-10 or even more trains to mumbai are getting new trains every year but Nobody cares about this region....
