If one books a ticket to board from a certain station, and for some reason he's not able to board how many station thereafter can he board the same train from?
Better ti change BP in such circumstance!!
Also number of station depends on train stop (as if train do hav next stop after 100-200 kms, its irrelevant)!!
If the boarding station is a point where staff change happens & instantly train get checked, thn it mayb instant issue!!
Normally, within 1 hour span, different station board dnt remain issue..bt all are subject to demand,...

If the stations are very close by...say within a gap of 1 hr, then usually, the TTE waits, but yes going by the rule book, he can allot your seat to somebody else if u dont board from your station.
