remote locations are selected for development of area and upliftment of people living in remote location.... considering huge investment state gov develops such remote area, else these remote locations are left untouched for decades... here state gov is not interested as it doest not want to spend money on development of remote location and secondly Project was sanctioned by centre gov and they wont be able to reap any political benefit from that... coz on completion it would be inaugurated by union minister, not by any state minister.....
