For Public at large, booking is closed when it remains a period of 4 Hrs. till departure of the train. And thereafter charting is undertaken.
Rajdhani train are VIP prone and at the eleventh hour, the movement for VIP allotments goes on which sometimes compel charting process to be completed even when only 50 minutes remain.
You can expect any time after 14:30 on the departure day.
