Since few days 12628 is running too late any body knows the reason. I want to catch this train from BELAPUR on MAR 23. What is normal timing of departure NOT THE SCHEDULED TIMING at BAP?

this running late due to foggy condition in northern part especially around Delhi ... so train will be on train time during Your journey
once MARCH starts, this train will be puctual enough.. expecting delay of 15-20 min is more than enough...
You reach station on-time if you feel train will be late or on-time.
