Travelling in local trains became a headache. Only few local trains run on Burdwan- Malda route(Howrah Division) in Eastern Railway. Trains never run in stipulated time. Late running or following Mails/Express goes through and made obstacle local train passengers. I want to ask railway department wheater this problem will continue or can we get a better service ? Railway always make anouncement to purchase proper tickets for journey in trains. I buy ticket while travelling . So where is the reliability ?
