This train has sudden jolts while braking/de-accelerating. You can't sleep peacefully because of these jolts that shake you up. It is similar to Kaveri express. It is very annoying !!

Jerks cannot be completely avoided with CBC coupling based rakes. LHB rakes like Shatabdi are better than ICF CBC rakes like Kaveri, as LHB coaches have tight-lock couplers. LP can also reduce the jerks by managing the acceleration, but the jerks are more dependent the state of the springs in the buffers, track conditions ( irregularities in the tracks) etc. Even an experienced LP will not be able to reduce the jerks in many cases.

LHB vs ICF
Coach weight too matters..LHB been lighter don't strain/tense coupler as much as ICF does!!

Yes, you are right. In addition, the type of suspension also matters. The Air spring suspension in LHB coaches ensures that track irregularities are not transferred to the coach body, and indirectly helps in reducing the jerks at the coupler level.

LHB coaches have nested coil suspensions both at primary and secondary stages including yaw damper. Air suspension isn't present in case of normal LHB coaches. Air suspension is present only in some EMUs and Hybrid LHB coaches. Air suspensions weren't provided in LHB coaches so that the suspensions could be maintenance free.
Double Decker coaches, however, have FIAT bogies as well as air suspension.
