At the cost of repetition, I reproduce my post of Dec. 25th with slight modifications:
"For the trains leaving from 12:01 (noon) to 23:59, not befroe 4 Hrs. of Scheduled Departure of the train (from where charting of that reservation quota is done) but within last 4 Hrs., it can be prepared at any time. I have seen it exactly 4 Hrs. before as well as just before 50 minutes also.
