Money is nothing; RailFanning is Everything

My first request,
Do not compare trains based on region because actually there is no actual separation in India and second thing Dirty trains can be found everywhere, even dirty platforms can be found everywhere.
Around 1000+ peoples travel in train in one journey and hardly 10 peoples are enough to make train dirty so no need to filter out those 10 peoples that they are from which state etc.

is reailway duty, they are charging too much high fare from travellers wo saare kharche karke dubara accessories lagwaye.
And train ka kiraya jada he to CCTV camera bhi lagwaye coaches me chori wali ghatnaye rokne ke liye. This is first railway duty.
