Some1 told me BSB-JNH line is still in progress of doubling not completed.
If the crossover happens to be at single line section it would be halted and without auto signalling it can take time.
Also I ahve one question.
Do ER and ECOR have any authority in deciding the Rajdhani routes for NCR section.
