It's the Politics that did it. And politics can ruin anything.
I still remember a candidate saying in assembly elections that " make me win this seat and I will make sure that SpK stops at Motipur ".

so u u dont read or listen every budget..during the period when nitish kumar was railway minister it was extended to darbhanga but because of local protest it couldn't extend after that bihar samark kranti was given to dbg thats the whole story
Well may be u should do some research.
BSK was originally announced from SPJ, but when time of inaugural run came it was extended to DBG (2004-2005 by Lalu Prasad).
Also, when SpK started from MFP, S.Senani was extended to DBG and later upgraded to SF category.Also it was in year 2003-04 that Nitish Kumar announced the increase in frequency of 12561/62 from 4 days a week to daily.
