#RVNL has initiated the #electrification work on Rajpura-Patiala-Dhuri-Lehra Mohabat section. At present soil testing is going on for digging foundation for OHE.
RVNL shall execute the single line section work sanctioned to it for electrification in 2013. The doubling shall be done by NRCO or Northern Railway Construction Organisation , and the electrification of the 2nd line shall be done by NRCO along with doubling.
Will both the works will be carried out by respective authorities simultaneously? or NRCO will take more time?
HYes, but tenders for doubling shall be floated by mid March 2016, and OHE work shall start by that time.
Soon the soil testing result will come in positive way, and expecting this same pace of work till end of the electrification process... :D
