11020 is rescheduled to leave BBS at 9:40. This reaches CSTM late by 9-10 hours and gets rescheduled from that side to leave CSTM after midnight. So it will reach BBS same 8-10 hours late and gets rescheduled to same 9:40 pm departure. It has been like this for this particular rake for last 3-4 departures. This way it will never come back to normal. ECOR should find a way to fix the problem, they keep rescheduling.
