My maternal uncle have ticket in palamu express tomorrow from Renukut to patna..
But because of some unavoidable reason he won't be able to travel...
So is there any way by which her daughter can travel instead of him..??

write a application to stn master & submit it within 24 hrs from source stn dep with valid id proof of both
then it would be transfer to her daughter

Yes it can be done but you have approach respected authorities at renukut . Tell your maternal uncle to carry documents which proves the transferor and transferee have blood relation .
