no, it was freshly allotted for pushkaralu. i came to about it from some news channel at the time of GM or some official visit
Pink book has only value than GM's word....
IR allocates funds once a year only and will be mentioned in pink book,other than that GM wont have more powers to allocate funds as per own.
May be he just given oral statement to some media as he was asked,hope we get some good funds allocate tommorow,as we dont have scope of new trains!!!!
