while booking after selecting the birth options, there will be a tag to tick, whether atleast u want one LB or two LB or all the seats in a same coach, If u opt that, if there is no such availability, this question will be asked before processing
No, This is not the case. Money is deducted first. If you go ahead with YES, tkts will be booked with avlbl berth and on pressing NO, it will not be booked and the deducted money is refunded in couple of days.
Why can't people say it simply, If a user selects "Book at least one lower berth" option and post payment if lower berth is not available then this option is shown to the user. H/she can book the ticket as per random selection of seats or chose to not book... simple.
Yes Correct , Previously amount was used to be debited if the selected option was not met now you have the option of getting the ticket without the ticked option also. In the new scenario the amount is not getting stucked into the system.
So this is good move.
