as per Railways rule all trains after 55 KMs are under SF category. is every train going on 55 only? some 52-55 kms/hr trains also SF. like that as per u r statement if 107 can be Average speed if all sections TOP SPEED is 130?

wait wait HWH Rajdhani ko bhi banayenge abhi nahi. Announcement abhi huai hai with in 1-2 months ALL CAPABLE RAJDHANI's and SHATABDI's will on 85-95 Per KM. (After making proper Track arrangement's and other conditions taking in to consideration.)

Then think.. If Rajdhani's are going to have avg around 90kms... How come tejas will run on 107 avg...
