My www.indiarailinfo.com/pnr/post/1747658 is booked from Rajkot with boarding from Kota has ended up in RAC after charting. We can now get refund on RAC/WL ticket upto half an hour before the scheduled departure of the train. Should I cancel my ticket half an hour before the departure time from Rajkot, or half an hour before the departure from Kota?

You have to file TDR cannot cancel...Better travel you mostly will get the RAC cleared on board.
