A brief overview regarding developments scheme given by RM for Odisha.
Total budget demanded by State govt : 5000 cr
Total budget provided by RM : 4682 cr.
Now after so much years, any govt has given something for odisha's development.

Yep.
GoO forwarded its hand in terms of easy land providing , and 50% share of financial funding in majority of projects and providing man-power & security for easy completion of projects.
When the state govt is moving one step ahead , forgetting its rivalry with BJP party and only focusing on development of state, then why will not the Center support fully to it.
