At the press conference held at Bokaro, ADRA DRM. Anshul Gopta, was requested to run a regular train from Bokaro to Kolkata. He replied of his planning to propose a train from Barabhum to Kolkata Chitpur following the route: BBM-PRR-BKSC-CAS-RUI-JOC-ASN-DGR-BWN-KOAA. He said."This will be the best route from my opinion to coverage the unconnected part of the division." BKSC-CAS is a freight oriented track and we are planing to upgrade it for passengers. Bypass lines are already created. Big problem is to run it via ASN division, as we don't want to affect the GC traffic. Routing it via PRR, BKSC will also reduce the rush of CKP-HWH pas specially, making more seats available from other local stations. We are thinking regarding it and after finalizing we will try to run. From this Rail Budget onwards we can request to zones and our proposals won't be denied. Regarding passenger amenities work...

Thats true! Tender work for Bokaro had already passed and may complete by 2017. After that everything will depend on ADRA DRM, whether to add escalators and lift in other stations or not.
