To be on Correct side Kaithal word must be added in the wording of survey of Karnal Yamunanagar via Asandh as shown in Railway Budget on 25Feb2016 Via Asandh itself tells the correct story . Moreover the line is for 128 km length which is ONLY possible when we rectify the error in budget document and the correct one as : Kaithal Karnal ( via Asandh ) Yamunanagar line bcoz Kaithal to Karnal is almost 64 km & Karnal to Yamunanagar is 64 km approx .
