Dear friends,
Yesterday I had a strange problem. I tried to book tkts in 12633 KK Exp in IRCTC Tatkal from MS to TEN.. At the scheduled opening time, i.e.8 am, I could see only the available berths. I didn't change over to "Book Now" even after a few refreshes. At about 8.04, when I refreshed I could see only tatkal W/L. Till then I refreshed a few times. The pages were opening normally before and after this incident. Is there any thing fishy? Or Am I missing some thing?
