3ac and 2ac show RLWL8 and RLWL6 from BSB to HWH after March 18. Can anyone tell me whether it is advisable to book? Will it confirm?

By looking at the predictions in the PNR forum i got both encouragement and doubt. I am looking for alternatives.
Saw an android app, you can provide your PNR and mobile number. You would be getting free SMS till the ticket gets confirmed or cancelled.
