Why circulating the train from Guntakal to Guntur to Gudur ?
Unnecessary circle.
Instead if wish to connect GNT region also, then don't send to Guntakal. Reroute from Wadi via Secunderabad-Nalgonda-Guntur-Gudur. And from Gudur, extend to Tirupati if you wish.

Why in the first and foremost you are sending the train to Guntakal from Wadi ? There is already a HUGE amount of trains going from Mumbai/Pune to this Wadi/Guntakal side, whereas there is NO train from Mumbai/Pune to this GNT/OGL/GDR side. So if you wish to cater that coastal belt , then divert away from Guntakal and send it via Secunderabad-Nalgonda-Guntur side.
