Is ur train a lhb train .if yes then also it can't over speed 110 . only 3 trains having sleeper lsswcn and general ls3 type coaches r allowed to run at 130 kmph ..
Rest all r fully Ac trains to run at 130 km pH.
Coming to ur 120 kmph certain durontos having hybrid lhb which r self generating power coaches r allowed to run at max 120. If the tracks r maintained at C& M volume 1 type maintenance . which only few trunk routes hold..
