Only Howrah Rajdhani has 2 first ACs. It has always had 2 first AC coaches. In Mumbai Rajdhani, they add an extra to clear rush sometimes. But, traditionally it also has only "1" First Ac i.e. H1.

Yes, Howrah Rajdhani is the only train to have two First AC coaches: H1 & H2. It beats all other Rajdhani trains in this regard. However, when LHB coaches were first introduced in the Mumbai Rajdhani on 15 December 2003, it initially had 2 First AC coaches (H1 & HEX1) probably an extra coach to clear season rush, that I personally saw on 4th Jan 2004. Actually, I had to catch 2005 Kalka Shatabdi at 17:15. I arrived at NDLS early @ 15:45 from Ajmeri gate side and saw this train on platform 12 (now 16) :-)

Yet, if you are concerned with reservation class, 9023 Janta Express (Mumbai Central 07:25, New Delhi 12:45 next day) has minum fare for 2nd Class Sitting being Rs. 228 (Sleeper in this train Rs. 398). Cheapest Sleeper is in 9019 (Bandra T 23:35, H Nizamuddin 05:15 on the 3rd day - 29:40 Hrs) for Rs. 373.
