Nice surat skip!
After chain pulling by passengers at surat by stupid passengers who boarded from BRC, thinking that the train will stop at Surat and Vapi.
They pulled the chain at Surat outer near the surat coaching depot n went off. Vapi passengers also did the same.
The fastest sampark was delayed by 90 mins due to fog n again got delayed more

Why the local RCF has not taken action against this passengers?
Or better to remove the general coaches from this Sampark Kranti Exp.
As it is Maharashtra SKE. stopping only Bandra & Borivali in Maharashtra as passenger halt.
Not a sin-gal general passenger can run between this station by this train in Maharashtra

They boarded from BRC with a thought it will stop at Surat and Vapi.
Train was at moderate to good speed when they pulled the chain near the surat yard.
I have received a clear from WR HQ that MHSK cannot be given extra commercial halt/s in other state only the minimum needed technical halts BRC n KOTA are made commercial.

cannot be fulfilled after what happened with August Kranti AC started with two commercial halts and now as Rajdhani has 12 halts!

You mean say that like Duronto exp. all sampark kranti exp. has to give passenger halt in other state?
As it is Maharashtra Sampark Kranit Exp. running only for app. 150 Klm in Maharashtra & starting from Bandra terminal & taking stop of Borivali only.
Than why WR keeping Unreserved general coaches in this train? It should be full reserved train. i.e. twice in the week.

CR is saturated.
Instead WR should make it daily by new slot.
CR might get only one train for MH Rajdhani Express via KYN NK BSL
I did not mean give halts to any train. I meant WR has stated clearly halts wont be given
