right hand side going line is Rourkela line.
And the left side top going line is Saugor line.
Your train is coming from raipur side (bottom) and then going to Left hand side from Bilaspur. So a Reversal is required.
There is bypass line and for that you have to give Uslapur halt.
I think you should bypass Bilaspur Jn and send it via Uslapur station with 2 min halt. Provide TKD/BIA Wap 7 from Raipur itself. By this precious 10-15 minutes will be saved.
