kya main gwalior se bhopal tak ke reservation ticket jiski boarding jhansi hai usi ticket se any dibbe me gwalior se yatra kar sakta hu.

Because while booking the person has already changed the boarding and according to the boarding change rules now cant change boarding again and also cant travel between older & new boarding point without valid ticket.

No as per rules passenger can change the boarding point only 1 time either while booking or after booking.
In this case passenger already change its boarding (B) while booking. Passenger can not change boarding again now.
