I feel if electrification of utretiya to jhanghai is done alongwith doubling it will provide better results and provide an extra option for bsb lko route

yes sln track is not fully doubled. hope it will get in a year or two.
what i am saying is mgs-ald cnb track is fully saturated or even worse than that. If railway has to start a new train from mgs to ndls,ddn,asr it has to look fro a different route. Already they have planned to make lko-pbh-bsb double line so if they make it electrified, in any event of misfortune the route will be an alternate without need of change of loco.
for example during the 10 days of block

in lko-sln-bsb in march many trains were diverted via pbh with an eloco in dead and alco heading the train.(a wastage of engine)
