A massive corruption at DELHI station plz see my twitter link.
All ATVM at delhi station are hijacked by agents and they are looting money from illiterate/poor persons.
They are taking 1.5-2 times the money of general tickets .When i made their video.they tried to broke my phone & even RPF didinot helped me.

machines were giving tickets without money....i donot why illiterated pass chech their tickets price and give them money demanded by agents.
