they dont have to get food from Base Kitchen.. crew change may be done at some stns..
but for BBS RAJ food id loaded from KGP.. so it can never be skipped..
plus KGP has huge patronage of pax, so bypassing KGP will mean economic losses & injustice to those Pax as well..

Kharagpur is a major stoppage and only those trains which had low patronage from Kharagpur have been shifted to Hijli. You have to see that Hijli is way short on passenger amenities and currently isn't too well connected with the rest of the city too.It cannot be made a major bypass junction anytime soon.Rajdhani gets food from Kharagpur base kitchen; so can't be diverted; Purushottam might be getting patronage.
