Golden temple mail can depart Amristar at 06:00 after it arrive ASR 05:45 and can proceed towards attari shyam singh and can arrive ATTARI AT 06:30am with general quota to amristar,,samewise it can depart attari 20:30 pm and can arrive amristar at 20:55 and depart at 21:25 to mumbai as usual,,,

That might be possible. A train on the same lines does run between Rajender Nagar Terminal and Islampur for a distance of 62 km(mostly unreserved passengers use it). IR may just be able to do it here as well. But just because it's possible doesn't mean it'll be done. IR doesn't have a concrete reason to do it yet but who knows, it might change in the future.
A more likely scenario could be where they develop Atari as an alternative terminal and route trains from there. Already Jabalpur - Atari SPL runs; in the future other trains may also run.
