Lucknow Mail was supposed to start/terminate at LJN instead of LKO. Any word on when that will happen?

NR and NER did decide to exchange Vaishali and Lucknow Mail. While Vaishali's on track, there is no word on the Mail. NER does have 12003/04 Shatabdi, it can very well manage the mail as well.

Huh, LJN already has a Chandigarh bound train, can't figure why thy need another. Let NR have that one. As for DD, I would love to see it running more days a week, but it a low patronage; anyone prefers Shatabdi over DD; Gomti Express doesn't have too competition either but that caters to a lot of MST pass holders making it significant. DD doesn't cater to unreserved pax. Maybe IR could reduce a couple of coaches from DD and add 2 normal chair car/executive coaches like DEE-JP DD.
