1. BR has no duronto.
2. An International train deserves an international station as halt. As of now there are only three international stations, ASR,DLI & KOAA, so commercial halts can only be provided there. Remove all the remaining halts. (I am red flagging for mainly this reason.)
3. Keep only CNB-MGS-DHN for crew change etc and remove all the remaining halts. Re-route via MZP because there aren't any Hindus left in Bangladesh who would go to Kashi. Similarly no Budhists for GAYA darshan too.

Finally, Bangladeshis are amongst the most ungrateful people in the world. No need to give a direct train to Delhi for them that too via strategic and important defense centres like CNB,ALD,BSB etc.
5. Instead of that as a member said, give a train for an Islamic pilgrim centre like AII. It would be more successful.
And re-route via the CIC section from DHN onwards. It would also save your train from congestion at MGS-ALD-CNB.
These are reasons why I am red flagging this train.
