I have got this information in Wikipedia. I think CLW making all P5 to this hauling capacity one by one.....
In October 2015, Chittaranjan Locomotive Works rolled out a WAP-5 locomotive (loco number 30086) with Alternate Drive Gear Assembly and gear ratio changed to 59:35:19 (3.105) along with changes in application software. This loco is suitable for 200 km/h operations (max 225 km/h).

Most probably not. There is no information regarding the re-gearing of existing WAP5 locos.
What was done by RDSO with 30007 and 30020? Answer below ->
