Why does this train have an average speed of just "50 km/hr" between Ratlam and Nagda ? Is their any speed restriction in this stretch ?
For 40 Kms, 50 KMPH doesnt impact as an AVG, as RTM-MTJ comes @ 88 KMPH!! Check long stretch rather thn in between stretch!!
Its just 10 mins slower to Mumbai Raj in between RTM-KOTA even after having Nagda as stop...so both Raj been slightly slacked in this section!!

Its should be 12953 Rajdhani...Whereas you have tagged 12954 Rajdhani..
RTM to NAD little bit of slack is given so that whatever 5-10 minutes delays the train accumulated while reaching RTM , could be finished , and a "VERY AGGRESSIVE HIGH SPEED RUN" of Nagda to Sawai madhopur could be done.
Just see the NAD-SWM schedule with 1 10 minutes Kota...
