Is it true that at the time of chart preparation Tatkal WL is given preferance over General WL. About a month back, I was travelling to Jammu by 2A in Rajdhani and I had a WL ticket (resevation was done over 30 days befor the journey date). On the date of travel I found that though all Tatkal WL tickets were cleared, only a few General WL was given berths.
