51154 bhusawal Mumbai passenger, most of the time leaves Igatpuri station by 4pm. But to pass 5pm local train from kasara, controller keep 51154 on siding before kasara station. Actually kasara station is having 4 platforms. They can easily keep 51154 on any platform on waiting. So that passengers can go by local train too if they are in a hurry. I don't know if railway controller doing this purposly but this need to be changed
